The torsion axle is characterized by inserting two torsion arms made of high tensile strength steel at both ends of the axle square tube. 

Compared with the straight axle torsion axle, the advantages are as follows:

1. By adjusting the angle of the torsion arm, the trailer chassis can be raised or lowered to make the trailer have better off-road capability or facilitate loading.

2. The axle square tube contains special rubber, which can buffer the impact force during driving.

The schematic diagram of the cross section of the torsion axle is as follows:

It can be seen from the figure above that the square tube of the torsion arm is rotated 90° and inserted into the square tube of the axle. Each corner is filled with rubber to fix the torsion arm. The rubber can play a good buffering role when the torsion arm is stressed.
